Users describe screen tearing on displays with WebRender enabled.
Disabling WebRender resolves the issue.
Issue observed on:
NVIDIA Geforce GTX 1070 [Laptop] (driver: 432.48)
FireFox v69.0.3 (64-Bit)
A Monitor with G-SYNC and 75Hz
NVIDIA Geforce gtx 1070 Ti (with latest drivers)
FireFox (beta) 70.0b14 (64-Bit) (before that I had normal firefox with the same problem)
A Monitor with G-SYNC and 144Hz (AOC G2460)
