Once bug 1586930 lands we'll have fisson annotations for wpt on master. We should enable the tests in the same configuration we use for mochitest, initially as tier 3 and then as T2 once they prove sufficently stable.

This enables wpt-fis for the same configurations as mochitest-fis,
initially as T3 so that any stability issues can be worked out.

Retroactively moving fixed bugs whose summaries mention "Fission" (or other Fission-related keywords) but are not assigned to a Fission Milestone to an appropriate Fission Milestone.
This will generate a lot of bugmail, so you can filter your bugmail for the following UUID and delete them en masse:
