Component: Firefox Accounts → General
Product: Firefox for Android → GeckoView
Target Milestone: --- → mozilla68
Version: Trunk → 68 Branch

Have we reproduced this behavior on Fenix or Reference Browser? This sounds Firefox for Android specific.

Also, I can reproduce this issue on the RC 68.2 using Nokia 6 (Android 7.1.1)

(In reply to Kevin Brosnan [:kbrosnan] from comment #2)

Have we reproduced this behavior on Fenix or Reference Browser? This sounds Firefox for Android specific.

This issue is not applicable for the Fenix browser because, after the clear data, the account is not saved in the browser.

This is a Fennec bug, not a GV or Fenix bug. Moving this bug back to Fennec's Bugzilla component.

Priority: -- → P3
Product: GeckoView → Firefox for Android
Target Milestone: mozilla68 → ---
Version: 68 Branch → Firefox 68

I can reproduce the problem using Xiaomi Mi Pad 2 (Android 5.1) - x86 on Beta 68.3b2.
Notes:

In my opinion, this behavior should be the same for Android devices.
