1588751 - Birthday/-month no longer displayed when stored with leading zero in .mab file

Birthday/-month are no longer displayed in the address book editor when they're stored with leading zeros in the .mab file. They're still displayed correctly in the address book preview window. See the attached screen shot. This is a regression starting with Thunderbird 68, maybe due to bug 1527535?

Verified the birthday dates are again correctly displayed in 68.2.0 ESR. Thanks for the quick fix! \o/
