Steps to reproduce:
Resize the picture-in-picture window.
Actual results:
The window resized but did not keep the aspect ratio of the video playing, leaving whitespace as described in https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1568373.
Expected results:
The video window should have resized but remain proportionate to the aspect ratio of the video.
