• Move the Privacy info modal to the bottom section of the menu.
• Restrict Privacy disclosure to SPOCS only
• Maintain separator between sections

Hierarchy should be structured as:

1. Save For Later Actions
   -Bookmark
   -Save to Pocket

2. New Window Actions
   -Open in a New Window
   -Open in a New Private Window

3. Dismiss & Privacy Disclosures
   -Dismiss
   -Privacy

I believe "Add separator between sections" should be "Maintain separator between sections ".

@Tawanda can you confirm?

That's correct :gvn, changed to "Maintain separator between sections."

I have verified this issue on Latest Firefox Nightly 71.0a1 (Build ID: 20191020214712) on Windows 10 x64, Mac 10.14.6 and Arch Linux 5.3.6 x64.

The "Our sponsors & your privacy" option is displayed at the bottom section of the context menu, below a separator line and the "Dismiss" option and it is only displayed on Sponsored cards.
