We're in the process of switching infrastructures. One of the important parts of that is being able to test the stage (master) infrastructure against the prod (1.5.x) infrastructure. We have access to metrics and logs, but having access to the aws console for the stage environment makes it a lot easier to test things.

This bug covers giving John and Will access to the AWS console for the stage environment.
