User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:70.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/70.0

Steps to reproduce:

browser.taskbar.lists.frequent.enabled set to false
browser.taskbar.lists.recent.enabled set to false
browser.taskbar.lists.maxListItemCount set to 2

Right-click on the Firefox logo in the taskbar.

Actual results:

On just one of my installations, Firefox shows a long list of recently visited sites (more than 2 sites).

Expected results:

Firefox should not show the list of recently visited sites according to the applied settings. The applied settings have been ignored (including the maximum number of items equal to 2)

Summary: lists recent → Settings on recent sites in the taskbar are ignored.

Recent sites continue to be visible in the taskbar even if Firefox is set to remove all history at close. This can be a security issue.
