Steps to reproduce:

added a new user with pop3

Actual results:

Thunderbird does not recognise the password with pop3. With IMAP it works perfectly.

Expected results:

A new user should have been added.

Sorry, but this is really a support issue. In general, POP3 works in TB including using passwords. It can get tricky if passwords contain non-ASCII characters. Is that the case?
