• Latest Firefox Nightly 71.0a1 (Build ID: 20191016212918) (64-bit)

[Affected Platforms]:

• Windows 10 x64
• Mac 10.14
• Ubuntu 16.04 x64.

[Prerequisites]:

• Have a Firefox profile with no saved logins.
• Have a FxA account with multiple saved logins.

[Steps to reproduce]:

1. Open the Firefox browser with the profile from prerequisites.
2. Navigate to "about:logins" page.
3. Click the "Sign in to Sync" button and log in with a valid FxA credentials.
4. Focus the "about:logins" tab after the sync action is complete.
5. Observe the “Login List”.

[Expected result]:

• The first login from the “Login List” is focused.

[Actual result]:

• The most recently created login is focused.

[Notes]:

• We don’t know if this issue is a regression, because until now we were blocked by the bug 1572695.
• Attached a screen recording with the issue.

This is difficult for us to handle because logins that are added via Sync come in one at a time, and per bug 1572695 we will select the first login that gets added and maintain that selection since we don't know that a bulk add is in progress nor when a bulk add is completed.

This is also pretty low severity and the workaround of either selecting the first login in the list manually or refreshing the page will "fix" the problem for the user.
