[Prerequisites]:

• Have a new Firefox profile with at least 10 websites bookmarked.

[Steps to reproduce]:

1. Open the browser with the profile from prerequisites.
2. Navigate to any website from prerequisites and click the "Bookmark this page" toolbar button.
3. Click the "CFR Recommendation" button from the right part of the "Address Bar".
4. Observe the doorhanger's elements.

[Expected result]:

• The following elements are displayed:
  • "Recommended Feature/Extension" title is displayed in the top part of the doorhanger.
  • "Why am I seeing this" button is displayed in the top right part of the doorhanger.
  • A grey separator line.
  • The Firefox icon is displayed on the left part of the doorhanger, under the grey separator line.
  • The doorhanger's title is displayed in the right part of the icon.
  • The doorhanger's description text is displayed under the heading.
  • The "Turn on Sync" and "Not Now" buttons are displayed in the bottom part of the doorhanger.
  • A secondary action button is displayed in the right part of the "Not Now" button.

[Actual result]:

• The "Recommended Feature/Extension" title and the "Why am I seeing this" button are not displayed.

[Additional Notes]:

• This issue is reproducible on all the "Relationship CFR's" feature's doorhangers.
• This issue is also reproducible on the "SAVE_LOGIN" doorhanger.
• Attached a screen recording of the issue.

Same title component that we show for many of our other panels, with a (?) icon on the right that links to the sumo article for CFR's. I'll attach an example..
