Details

User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64; rv:68.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/68.0

Steps to reproduce:

Opened Firefox, clicked Options, Sync, Create Account.

Actual results:

A page stating:
Secure Connection Failed

An error occurred during a connection to accounts.firefox.com. Peer’s certificate has an invalid signature. Error code: SEC_ERROR_BAD_SIGNATURE

The page you are trying to view cannot be shown because the authenticity of the received data could not be verified.
Please contact the website owners to inform them of this problem.

Expected results:

Should have seen a page allowing me to create a new Sync account.

Running Windows 7 Professional, Firefox 69.0.3. Attempted to contact Mozilla.org via the site, but got the same problem going to "support.mozilla.org". After NUMEROUS attempts at other methods of contact, opening a bug report seems to be my option of last resort.

Have you tried to temporarily disable your anti-virus software?
