Only OneNote is available
Printing on Windows 10 only shows OneNote as an available printer, while others e.g. Microsoft Print to PDF are available on Chrome and other apps.

Can you check to see if this is a regression? You can use mozregression, https://mozilla.github.io/mozregression/, to test older builds.

Oh no, this is not any regression. The last used printer was OneNote and the system dialog somehow decided to scroll right to show it. Others are on the left side.
