[Steps to reproduce]

1. Go to about:preferences#privacy and from the Custom section uncheck all the boxes except for "Fingerprinters"
2. Navigate to https://www.spbrealty.ru/

[Expected result]

Pop-up should appear in a few seconds after opening the website

[Actual result]

Pop-up does not appear when fingerprinters are set to be blocked

This has the same cause as Bug 1590077. Also note that clicking on what appears to be the "Contact Us" button in the lower right hand corner doesn't do anything when fingerprinting blocking is enabled.
