Details
Images not displaying after browser crash. Also apparent on http://www/lds.org.
Restarting browser has no effect.

Build ID ?
Have you cleared your disk cache ?
Do you accept all images in edit\preferences\Pricacy...\Images ?

This really sounds like a broken cache. You get a broken cache if you use NS6.2
with your profile and the result is that some pages have no images and the CSS
is missing.
Can you please create a new profile if a cleared cache doesn't fix it ?
close Mozilla (including quicklaunch) and run "mozilla -profilemanager" and
create an additional test profile.
