The start-up of Thunderbird 68.2.2 is very slow

Steps to reproduce:
I clicked on my Thunderbird shortcut.
Actual results:
I had to wait for some long seconds. Then there is a flash where I can see the Signal spam extension quickly.
Expected results:
It should be fast and without this flash of extension.

Filing a bug here and a review at https://addons.thunderbird.net/en-US/thunderbird/addon/signal-spam/ isn't the correct process.
To properly report a problem with this addon you should create a ticket at https://assistance.signal-spam.fr/index.php
Please note that the start-up is much slower with 68.1.1 than with 60.x even without the signal Spam extension.

Please start Windows' safe mode with networking enabled

How does behavior change?
With this procedure, the start-up is fast.
If I start TB in safe mode with Windows in normal mode, it is also fast.
Please also note that that's only the first standard start-up which is very slow. The second time it's fast.

Yes, the only FIRST startup is slow without signal spam. I think it's due to the priority of Thunderbird compared to the others processes (like windows ones, my antivirus, etc).
Even if the hard disk is not busy with others processes, it is slower than Thunderbird 60.
