[Steps to reproduce]:
1.Launch Firefox and log in using a Firefox account.
2.Click on Firefox account icon from toolbar.
3.Select “Connect another device” option.
[Expected Results]:
Send SMS window with a field for entering phone number is displayed along with the following text "You did it! You’re signed in.Now get Firefox everywhere else.Sign in on your other devices to get all the products, knowledge, and privacy features of Firefox.” (see screenshot https://prnt.sc/pn1dq3)
[Actual Results]:
- Phone number field misses
- The following text is displayed “Sign in to Firefox on another device to complete set-up.”
- "Start Browsing" link is no longer displayed
- “SMS service only available in certain countries. SMS & data rates may apply. The intended recipient of the email or SMS must have consented. Learn more” text also misses

- This issues was regressed by Bug 1574051

I suspect this is the same underlying issue as Bug 1590660 and Bug 1590486 - if accounts.firefox.com thinks you're not signed in, then /connected_another_device shows the page from the screenshot above rather than the featureful "send SMS" page. The regressing bug is also one of the suspects listed in Bug 1590486.

Yes, sorry about that. Vasilica, could you please verify this is a dupe once bug 1590486 lands in Nightly?

I checked again on Firefox 72.0a1 (2019-10-24) under Windows 10 64-bit and this issue is no longer reproducible. As Mark suggested I will mark this issue as a dupe of Bug 1590486.
