Steps to reproduce:

  1. Perform Google search
  2. On results page, click 'Tools'
  3. Click 'Any time' and select a new time range to filter results

Actual results:

Clicking the 'Any time' control in step 3 has no response. The cursor doesn't become a pointer when hovering over the control, and nothing happens when clicking. Tested in safe mode with no extensions enabled. 69.0.3 on macOS Mojave.

Expected results:

A select list with time filter options should be presented.
