Steps to reproduce:

1. Privacy & Security / Logins and Passwords / Ask to save logins and passwords for websites is checked
2. No any add-ons are installed
3. All settings are by default
4. go :: https://online.simplii.com/ebm-resources/public/client/web/index.html#/signon utl
5. fill up :: login and password boxes
6. log out
7. clear cookies
8. go step 1

Actual results:

nothing , nada in login and password boxes

Expected results:

First Mozilla asks to save (and this website only one of many) login and pasword.
And save it.

Not a bug that needs to stay hidden from view.

The values both boxes are empty , NULL in terms of programmers world.
It means the browser somehow implement server settings, not clients.
It is a bug as the client checked the box to be sure the software will do what it was clicked.
If it overlooked or simply does not work in opposite what the ssame software shows to a client , it means a bug for an user.
