The relevant bit is probably the "tuple index out of range", which seems like an issue in the python code that drives the scala, maybe? Either way, given that I'm digging into the scala as part of the server side of the work for our changes in https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1582263, it's worth investigating at the same time, possibly.
