Details
In bug 1583700, DocumentChannel has been enabled. It was backed out due to a failure in the raptor extensions content script. A change in ExtensionPolicyService.cpp was done to address that, however no specific test coverage was added. None of our content script tests broke, which indicates a lack of coverage in some situation that raptor is using.

The change in question only fixes pre-loading. DocumentChannel will soon be on by default. Nothing special needs to be done to test things with it.
