Steps to reproduce:

when try to open some sites I receive SSL error

Actual results:

when try to open some sites I receive SSL error

Expected results:

After update to 70.0 firefox chooses wrong certificates for some websites.
After clearing cache and cookies, the browser asks about certificate and suggests a list with certificates. The user should choice himself the proper one. This solves the problem until next start of the browser.
It seems to be affected only sites with self-signed CA

Bugbug thinks this bug should belong to this component, but please revert this change in case of error.
