As part of bug 1575973, many tests previously skipped on Android were re-enabled after verification on try. My intention was to enable tests that ran reliably. However, I notice that a few of those tests still fail intermittently -- they should be skipped again.

I have recently enabled many mochitests on Android, but a few of those tests are
still failing intermittently; let's skip those tests again to avoid the intermittent
failures.
