Details
The example case is buzzfeed.com. On a 70.0 release build, staticxx.facebook.com, www.facebook.com, and connect.facebook.net are shown in both category subviews. On Nightly, connect.facebook.net is omitted from the cookies subview.
Nightly uses the level 2 list for cookie blocking, but it seems connect.facebook.net is on that list (to be verified)
We need to investigate what's happening here and confirm whether there's anything to fix.
