To reproduce, copy something in the clipboard, then open a new Firefox window and immediately paste the text (keyboard shortcuts are required for this). Most of the time it will work correctly, but a few times - when you get the timing right - the address bar will be a few times taller than usual (and stay so). I attached a video where I demonstrate this, first the correct behaviour, then the unexpected one.
