User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/72.0.3626.122 Safari/537.36 Vivaldi/2.3.1440.61
Steps to reproduce:
I tried to load a website.
Actual results:
I got a message like "connection failed".
Expected results:
Instead of showing just a timeout, Firefox should provide more details.
E.g. Chrome said "ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED" which was an useful information since the WiFi provider seems to have blocked some sites.

We won't change this in Fennec. But this situation is much improved in Firefox Preview (Fenix) - https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=org.mozilla.fenix
