Possibly regressed by bug 1589836.
Steps to reproduce in Nightly:
- Open a new tab
- Unfocus the URL bar
Alternatively:
- Open a new tab
- Paste
https://blackhole.webpagetest.org/in the URL bar and hit Enter
The URL for loading pages or the "Search with <engine> or enter address" text appears just 2 pixels away from the text input's border.
Expected result: more comfortable spacing, at least 4px or up to 8px.
