After having selected the newsgroup button, the selection of the inbox
button of any mail account doesn't activate the "Get Msgs" button 

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Select the newsgroup button (this inactivate the "Get Msgs" button)
2. Select the inbox of any mail account


Actual Results:  The "Get Msgs" button is not activated

Expected Results:  The "Get Msgs" button should be activated

To activate this button, we have to first select the mail account, and
then the inbox

The problem does not happen when selecting a particular news (as the
"get Msgs" button is only inactivated when selecting the newsgroup)
there are bug 111102 and bug 113874
Resolving as dup of the older.
