apprunner just sits and spins trying to load this url. loaded very quickly in
Nav 4.5. The url bar displays: http://redir/http://www.mirc.co.uk/get.htm

This is a dup of bug 15081. SetRelativePath fails on redirections containing
urls. With my local changes to nsStdURL.cpp this does not happen. When this
changes make it into the tree, this will be fixed.

Works for me using 1999-10-13-13-M11 on Windows NT4 SP5.

This does not work on linux with the current tree without changes to
SetRelativePath.
