159159 - xpicleanup should not be hidden

so i don't know what i was doing but i managed to have the following:
cmessage.txt (being read to me, so i deleted it in hopes that my problem would
go away)
xpicleanup.dat
<psm>*.new
mozilla refusing to run because something needed to finish
mozilla spawning a new xpicleanup app each time i tried to run it.
[mozilla happily running (locked for read) on another computer from this path]

result: the xpicleanup.exe's were fighting over xpicleanup.dat (and probably
losing a fight with the other mozilla being run via \\raistlin\f$).

bug2 (rfe) xpicleanup should be visible somewhere to indicate to users that it's
trying to be helpful.  I don't like running processexplorer or taskmanager to
find out that there are tons of runaway 'helper' apps fighting over how best to
annoy me.

The xpinstall script engine has been removed from the trunk, bugs in it are obsolete.
