:lsalzman - I've noticed this permanent failure when test is run on debian 10 docker image, which is the future migration path for ubuntu1604 docker image currently in use.
Could you please redirect the ni to someone that may be able to investigate or suggest a way forward? Thanks.

Not entirely sure what's going on there. Could be something related to font selection. Probably easiest to just mark the test as failing on Linux for now.

I've filed an issue to track attempted fixes to font-related issues in debian 10: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1593059

Closing this bug due to redirection of efforts from debian10 to ubunu1804 image, and this bug is not reproducible on the ubuntu1804 image.
