This bug collects all ideas and work around better truncation for the resources DevTools retains.
- Truncation leads to frustration because data gets lost
- Not truncating overall resources or bodies leads to memory leaks

- Truncating JSON response breaks JSON preview. (perhaps we could have smart parser able to parse valid, but truncated JSON data?)
