Not a security bug that needs to stay hidden.
Does starting Firefox in safe mode ( https://support.mozilla.org/kb/troubleshoot-firefox-issues-using-safe-mode ) work?
No, in safe mode, too, does not start and displays a window Windows Troubleshooting

Can you provide a screenshot of the window?
If you download a separate installer from https://www.mozilla.org/firefox/all/ and install it in a separate directory, does that one work?
Does using a separate, new profile work? ( https://support.mozilla.org/kb/profile-manager-create-and-remove-firefox-profiles )

Daniel is investigating this as we speak. He'll follow up with test results as soon as possible.

Hi Svetlana!
I tried to reproduce this issue on our machines and it seems to be working fine.
Can you please answer some questions? Do you have any antivirus installed? What version of Firefox did you have before updating to 70.0? Did something change locally at were you work in the last two days (security updates, some change in enterprise policies etc.)?

Until we get more information or are able to reproduce this issue, this doesn't look actionable.

Hi,
I'm marking this as Resolved-Incomplete due to lack of response. If the issue is still reproducible with the latest Firefox version, feel free to reopen the bug with more information.
Regards, Clara.
