When allowing the mouse to sit over the New Tab Button, the tooltip will come up, but when moving the mouse away from the button, the tooltip does not disappear...it does disappear a few seconds later, but it should disappear immediately upon moving the mouse off of the new tab button.
Confirming with build 2002072408 (trunk), also on WinXP. Changing severity to trivial since this is really a minor cosmetic issue. The tooltip also disappears when a mouse-button is clicked.

On linux RH8.0, clicking on the tooltip which doesn't disappears will lock the tabbar and the menus down
