What
Add leanplum event to track user taps AwesomeScreen's FxA dismiss button

Why
If the user no longer sees FxA reminder on the homescreen, we want the option to remind them about it via messages. If they are still seeing the FxA reminder on the homescreen, we don't want to overwhelm them with additional messages.

Verified as fixed on Fennec esr:68, event E_Signup_Dismiss is recorded for Nexus 6P (8.1.0). Note: the AwesomeScreen's FxA was dismissed.
