Not sure if this is the right component, feel free to move

When using Firefox Preview on a Google Pixel 4 (may happen with other phones) running Android 10, there's a small lag whenever you pan the window up and down.

Not much, but still noticeable and rather annoying. Like .2-.3s

When you move your finger up, the screen follows after a delay.

I can reproduce the same using Firefox Nightly (not based on GV)

It doesn't happen with Chrome, panning is much quicker and matching the position of the finger moving on the screen.

I'm not seeing a delay on my Moto G5 which runs Android 8.1.

Is the issue specific to certain sites, or does it occur on all sites? (I tested on Wikipedia.)

If it occurs on all sites, the next step would be to get a profile and see if the profile gives a clue to the cause of the lag.
