Steps to reproduce:
I hovered tweets with my cursor on twitter
Actual results:
Some "artifacts" are happening when i hover other elements as you can see on the EA profile picture.
Expected results:
There shouldn't be artifacts

Hi Klabsmaster,
The issue does not occur on my end, I've tried it both on Firefox 70.0.1 and Firefox Nightly 72.0a1.
Could you make a new profile and check if it also happens using that one?

Also please make sure you have your graphics driver up-to-date.
