User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:68.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/68.0

Steps to reproduce:

Scrolling a web page

Actual results:

The scrolling is stuttery / low fps on a 144hz monitor, very visible on reddit, very smooth on chromium browsers

Expected results:

the scroll should remain butter smooth with no stuttering on my 144hz monitor

Hi klabsmaster,

I was unable to reproduce this issue on Firefox 70.0.1 or Firefox 72.0a1 either.

I've seen that you also filed Bug 1592295 and there is a high chance that these two are related.
Could you also check if this one happens while using a new profile?

Make sure you are using the latest Firefox version and that your graphics driver is up-to-date as well.
