retriggering at least the decision task seems to be broken

Details
I cannot retrigger the decision task, which appears to have failed because of some bad HTTP request. I get a red popup "Unable to retrigger/add job. Taskcluster: c[e] is undefined". I get this both when clicking the actual retrigger button and when using the keyboard shortcut.
