ITEMS ARE ~~~NOT~~~ WHERE THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO BE AS COMPARED TO CHROME AND IE EXPLORER
Expected results:
YOU, MOZILLA, should have used the prerelease version for at least a month BEFORE UPLOADING IT TO THE INTERNET!~!!

Kerry, could you please take a look at https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/about/governance/policies/participation/ and rephrase your ticket so that it has a list of clear steps to reproduce?

ADDENDUM - there is nothing that needs to be done to replicate the problem on the included url, as the bottom of the video is cut off within the window of the page that firefox produces. I have NO IDEA WHAT IS MEANT BY THE ABOVE ANSWER OF Nightly 72.0a1!!!!, but using the NEWEST FIREFOX 70.0 for Win7 64 bit, the pages or url's literally display items upon items. IF one tries to duplicate the problem, then you will NEED TO BE USING win7-64bit and ver. 70.0 of Firefox. I will add some url's of some SCREENSHOTS so you can SEE WHAT IT IS DOING.....(the url's will NOT end in .jpg since google drive doesn't show jpg's in this manner but by clicking on the url's it will bring up the jpg of the bug)

NOW you can see what "I see" using Firefox 70.0.1 (yes, it just updated itself - 11/06/2019)
Here are two additional url's with associated screenshots - AGAIN - you must be using Windows 7, SP1 64 bit Operating System AND Firefox 70.0.1 to replicate the problem, and I'm using a DELL computer if that even matters.
Have fun figuring this out because when I get to pages such as below, and need to see BEHIND ALL THE CLUTTER, I have to switch to Chrome to clear up the mess that no one is believing can happen from Mozilla - WELL, HERE'S YOUR EVIDENCE!!!!!

In this screenshot the textarea to give your name and WHATEVER IS BELOW THAT BOX cannot be scrolled into the page since there is no scroll tab on the right of the screen to scroll anyh further down, so these two EXAMPLES of what I'm writing about seem to be BAD CODE from Mozilla on TWO (2) SEPARATE ISSUES, one of the text on top of other text and pictures, and this one wherein there is no scrolling ability.

In this screenshot you can see all the writing is covering up the underneath typing and some pictures (that are ads). I don't think the webmaster intentionally did this - do you?? YEAH, I THOUGHT NOT EITHER!!!!!

I know that Somona (from above) has asked me to LIST OUT how to REPRODUCE what I see happening, but QUITE FRANKLY, I don't DO anything other than go to the pages listed and then SEE/OBSERVE just what YOU are seeing if you are looking at the above SCREENSHOTS that I have given a link for. There has to MILLIONS of people seeing the same thing I am since I'm sure not everyone has gone from Windows 7 SP1 to Windows 10 yet, and I'm not too sure that I even want to transition to Win10 since I'm kind of a nerd and NEED to add folders and such to my hard drive and do other things using "windows explorer" and for the LIFE OF ME, I can't seem to find anywhere in Win10 to even make a shortcut for a "windows explorer" shortcut when I've found functional computers that are TURNED ON in some stores. But that is a whole "nuther" matter ;-) LOL!

Hi Kerry,
Sorry for responding so late. Thank you for all the examples and all the time and interest you invested in this issue, but for transparency's sake, let's have all the conversations related to this bug, here, on the bug report.
I tried every single link and compared your results with my results, this time on a Windows 7 x64 machine using the latest available Firefox 71 version. I still couldn't reproduce your overlapping issues.
From the screenshots you provided, I'm guessing that you are using the same Firefox profile since the beginning. Since some of the Add-ons installed or maybe some user preferences might cause issues with Firefox, can you please try to reproduce this issue on a new Firefox profile? You can find more details on how to do that here:
