edit>preferences>appearance>fonts
fonts for, click whatever it is and make it drop down

press and hold up.
watch it chase around forever.
comparison:
start>settings>control panel>regional options
your locale, click whatever it is and make it drop down
(w2k sp2)
press and hold up.
watch it land on Afrikaans
The windows behavior is expected.

interesting, on BeOS I don't even have a "Africaans" there
Summary: Font help for User Defined → arrows should not wrap around drop down listboxes
Tested this with Mozilla 1.7 on Windows XP SP1: bug exists.
For me, the priority of this bug is at most "trivial".
It is not really disturbing
