Steps to reproduce

1. Open Firefox and enter fullscreen.
2. Check the “Menu Bar” option and open multiple tabs until the “List all tabs” button is shown.
3. Press the “List all tabs” button and observe the dropdown menu.

Expected result

• The dropdown is correctly shown under the button.

Actual result

• Dropdown menu is slight to the left of the button and the dropdown is cut off on the right side (observed while having a scrollbar).

Regression range

• Not a recent regression. Reproducible with Firefox 67.0a1 (20190201221223). I will search for one ASAP if there is one.
