i think this is a duplicate. I remember seeing this.
Summary: IME color setting is not supported → IME color setting is not supported
This is a new feature in XP JA IME.
Keywords: intl
QA Contact: ruixu → kasumi
Summary: IME color setting is not supported → Support IME color settings
Update info: I did more testing and found this feature was started from JA IME in JA Win98SE with some limited functions, and it got improved from JA WinME. Please ignore Comment #1.

I think this is not bug. Because on Mozilla, IME composition string is drawn by Mozilla. But on many other applications, that is drawn by IME(on composition window). We cannot get the IME color settings with WinAPIs. Because the APIs is not existing. I think that we should have same function by CSS pseudo-class. i.e., ::-moz-ime-selected-raw, ::-moz-ime-raw, ::-moz-ime-selected-converted, ::-moz-ime-converted
