[Prerequisites]:

• Have a Firefox profile.
• You are connected to "Firefox Sync".

[Steps to reproduce]:

1. Open the browser with the profile from prerequisites and navigate to "http://time.com".
2. Open any article from the page and click the "CFR Recommendation" button from the right part of the "Address Bar".
3. Click the "Bookmark this page" button from the right part of the "Address Bar".
4. Click the "Try Send Tab" button.
5. Observe the "Send Tab to Device" option.

[Expected result]:

• The "Send Tab to Device" option is highlighted in blue.

[Actual result]:

• The "Send Tab to Device" option's highlight is displayed behind the doorhanger on Linux.
