Going to the website (www.pigeon.org) crashes Mozilla 1.1a and 1.1b almost immediately. Mac system puts up error type 2. Mozilla 1.0 and .98 work fine with this site. In fact, this site has a Java Applet menu that runs so much faster (probably 3x or more) in Mozilla than either Navigator 4.08, Navigator 6, IE any 5.x and iCab that that is the reason I switched to Mozilla. Running OS 9.2.2 on an iMace DV 400, but same thing happens on a Powerbook Lombard with G4/500 and OS 9.2.2. Have not tried it in OS X.
Do you have a talkback ID from that crash ? Do you crash if you disable Java ? no blocker...

WorksForMe using Mac/2002080208/9.2.2. Al, we need some TalkBack report ID numbers as mentioned in comment 1.
Build 2002071303 crashes under Mac OS 9.1. The page loads fine but as soon as you put the mouse over the area containing the Java applet, it crashes into MacsBug. TB9123805Q I've seen this exact crash before (i.e. same stack trace in MacsBug) on other sites with Java applets. I believe this is a dup of bug 115917.

Confirmed using Mac/2002080208/9.2.2, generating same stack as bug 142811. I looked at bug 115917, and the conversation there is so random and disjointed I can't tell what they're talking about. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 142811 ***
