Steps to reproduce:
Looked for a command line option to force or turn on 'prefers-reduced-motion'.
Actual results:
There is no such flag or option that I can find.
Expected results:
Similar to https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=929310#c5, it would be great to have a command line flag or option to force prefers-reduced-motion.
This would enable users who are on systems that don't support prefers-reduced-motion, or don't have control over their system's preferences, to use prefers-reduced-motion.
My specific use case is for running automated accessibility tests on CI for a website with prefers-reduced-motion enabled.

We have a pref, ui.prefersReducedMotion=1. So by using that this should be covered.
