Steps to reproduce:

Before version 70, I was able to Share Screen in a Private Window. In 70, in the Share Screen permission popup only the "Not Allow" is enabled and "Allow" is not. I noticed this on Windows 8.1 installation.

  1. Open a Private Window
  2. Join a Google Hangouts
  3. Click Present Now
  4. Share Screen permission windows pops up
  5. The "Allow" button is disabled, only the "Not Allow" button is enabled
