[Steps to reproduce]:

  1. Enter a search term in the Awesome bar
  2. Resize the browser while the search suggestion dropdown is expanded

[Actual result]:

  • The Search suggestion dropdown is dismissed.

[Enhancement suggestion]:

  • It would improve the user experience if the the Search suggestion dropdown would not be closed during the resizing action.

Yes, my mistake here, I forgot to check, indeed it is fixed with the browser.urlbar.megabar pref set on true. I will mark this suggestion accordingly. Thank you for your time!

This has been solved when resizing by moving the window border. However, when pressing the "minimize" and "maximize" button, the suggestions still disappear, like in the old navigation bar.

Imo that's expected.

Sry, I did not mean complete minimizing and maximizing, but resizing using the button.
