Steps to reproduce:

• Open either website;
• Watch for a few minutes.

Actual results:

After a few minutes, videos freeze and a spinner appears. If you refresh the page, the video is frozen and the spinner appears.

Expected results:

The video should keep playing.

Could you please try to reproduce this with the following environment variables set? In a cmd window, enter (on 3 separate lines):

set MOZ_LOG=timestamp,sync,nsMediaElement:5,nsMediaElementEvents:5,MediaDecoder:5,MediaSource:5,MediaSourceResource:5,cubeb:5
set MOZ_LOG_FILE=%TEMP%\firefox.log
"c:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\firefox.exe"

Then reproduce the issue in the Firefox that appears. Please note down the steps you did to produce the log, when you started playback, when you pause or seek, which clicks led to buffering, etc. to make it easier for us to line up your actions with the logging.

Please attach the logs and a copy of your about:support to the bug.
