The implementation bug should block gutenberg, in case some more work has to be done to get full support of this API.

Andreas, do we still need something more to get this API done? I cannot see that right now, maybe you can double-check?

There are a couple of events, such as Security.certificateError, .visibleSecurityStateChanged, and .securityStateChanged but they are essentially unrelated and we can deal with them as we need them.

(Some of them are deprecated and we likely don’t want to implement those unless Puppeteer, or something that relies on Puppeteer, uses them.)
